Abstract
Genomic DNA was extracted from 1 million cells per specimen, using the Norgen Biotek Cells and Tissue DNA Isolation Micro Kit. The extracted DNA was then fragmented using a Covaris ultrasonicator and subjected to library prep following the KAPA HyperPrep Kit. The final libraries were sequenced on Illumina NovaSeq with either S2 or S4 flowcells with the 300 cycles kit.
